My journey began early, helping my dad manage rental properties and later purchasing my first multifamily in Colorado Springs. I also hold a degree in Real Estate & Land Use Economics, giving me a strong foundation to support my clients’ goals.
My Story
I've been immersed in real estate from a young age, managing rentals with my father and purchasing my first multifamily in Colorado Springs 3 years ago. My background includes work in real estate investment analysis for an apartment holding firm with over $500 million in assets and graduating from the University of Nebraska with a Bachelor's degree in Real Estate and Land Use Economics. Being a Realtor is my main focus as I love helping clients navigate the buying, selling, and investment process. I take extreme pride in securing great deals for my clients and providing the best service in my industry. I'm passionate about the opportunities real estate offers for building wealth and I'm committed to helping others grow their portfolios in the Colorado Springs market.

Nestor is the backbone to our processes and ensures smooth sailing for all deals! He holds a Bachelor of Science in Commerce, majoring in Financial Management from Saint Louis University. He is a seasoned administrative assistant with vast experience in leadership, team management, and Real Estate Transactions. A Certified Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt and Social Media Marketing Strategist, he also brings expertise in content creation and social media management.
Nestor is a proud dad of three, all home-schooled online. He enjoys traveling, going to the beach, eating out with his family, and trying new restaurants and experiences.
